Welcome to ArborStone Delano Tree Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any tree care work with us.

Our Services

We provide professional tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, and related tree care work in Delano, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and proper safety conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if the work requested violates local regulations or industry standards.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most tree services. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We will schedule your service at a mutually agreed upon time. Weather conditions and emergency calls may require us to reschedule. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and other items that may interfere with our equipment or crew.

Please notify us in advance of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles in the work area. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles you did not disclose to us.

Liability and Insurance

ArborStone Delano Tree Service is fully insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all crew members. We take every precaution to protect your property during tree work.

While we take great care, tree work can be unpredictable. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, acts of nature, or damage caused by unmarked utilities or obstacles you did not disclose to us.

Cleanup and Debris Removal

Unless otherwise agreed, we will remove all tree debris and leave your property clean. Wood chips, mulch, or firewood can be left on site at your request.

We do not repair lawns, landscaping, or hardscaping that may be affected by equipment access. Ground protection can be arranged in advance if needed.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency tree removal for storm damage, fallen trees, and hazardous situations. Emergency services may carry additional charges due to after-hours response and urgent nature of the work.

In emergency situations, we will prioritize safety and may need to perform temporary stabilization before completing full removal or cleanup.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities. We can advise you on permit requirements but cannot guarantee whether permits are needed for your specific situation.

We comply with all local tree protection ordinances and industry safety standards. We will not perform work that violates these regulations.

Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. This warranty does not cover new tree growth, acts of nature, or issues caused by factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
